Loved this place on our drive from Key West to Miami. Wonderful service with a smile. Excellent food! We got the fish tacos, veggie enchiladas, chips and guacamole. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. Lots of options for vegetarians. Great experience overall!!

Great local spot in Marathon. Have been twice on my visit to the keys and my last stop happened to be on Cinco de Mayo where they had a love mariachi band to add to the atmosphere. Even on a busy day the staff was friendly and accommodating. And the food was top notch

My favorite place as a vegetarian in Marathon/Key Colony Beach. I’ve been here for a few vacations now, and the vegetarian options are scarce outside veggie burgers and grilled cheese. The vegetarian enchiladas are amazing—loaded with FRESH avocado, carrots, and veggies. Rice and beans side is good, too. The folks here are nice, welcoming, and beyond accommodating. Be patient—it’s a small place, and they don’t always have a lot of people working. If you look at the reviews, it’s a lot of people complaining about things that are clearly them not understanding how hard food service is with a small staff or understanding what AUTHENTIC Mexican food is like; they’ve definitely just had Tex Mex. A chimichanga is FRIED and not a typical burrito, Karen (yes, her name is actually Karen—she left a 1 star review for this reason...). In short, this place is great. Ignore the ignorant, inconsiderate reviews and give this place a shot.

I’ve tried a lot of steak tacos in the Keys and so far this is the best. They got the steak and the tortilla just right. I ordered a chicken soapa and it was good the cheese was the best part. The chicken was bland so don’t order the chicken just stick with the steak. Also the chips and salsa was surprisingly good Like way better than I’ve had in a long time anywhere. You can tell the chips are homemade by the way they are fried and that salsa was freaking delicious. Even the homemade sauces on the table were surprisingly good. And i got a large Jamaica It’s like a hibiscus type of drink but its homemade and not over sugared Pretty good..

Coming from Texas we were craving some Mexican food. We stopped in here and man did it not disappoint! We got the nacho fries which were delicious and steak tacos which were seriously so good. Couple of margaritas and we were good to go. For how expensive the keys have been this place was easy on the wallet.

We were hesitant with the mixed reviews, but hungry enough to take a chance. Glad we did, both times the food was good, by no means the best we ever had but better than expected. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The only time we didn't get our food quickly was a Friday evening and the restaurant was slammed, so completely understandable.

The food was excellent. Well worth leaving the main drag for this restaurant. Everything was very fresh and appetizing. The chips and dip were a little spicy for me but not too hot for a dipping sauce. If you’re in the area give it a try

This local spot is really good! I had the steak and cheese chile relleno which comes with beans and rice! It was delicious! Tasted like home cooking! The flour tortillas were made fresh! If you’re visiting it’s definitely worth a try!
